What is a carrot chocolate covered strawberry?” Well my friend, let me tell you. It’s a simple, yet delicious, white chocolate-covered strawberry that looks just like a carrot! They’re simple, delicious, and perfect for adding a festive touch to your Easter table on a budget.
Let me show you how to make them:

Instructions
Step 1- Clean and thoroughly dry the strawberries
Step 2- Melt candy melts in microwave at 50% power, starting for 1 minute and then decreasing to 30-second increments until fully melted. Stir gently after each 30-second increment.
Step 3- Carefully dip entire strawberry, excluding the stem, into the melted coating chocolate.
Step 4- Place the berries on a parchment-lined sheet tray. To expedite the setting process, place berries in the fridge or freezer for 5 minutes.
Step 5- Carefully add the remaining coating chocolates to a piping bag and snip a very small hole at the end. Alternatively, you can use a gallon size ziplock bag.
Step 6- Drizzle chocolate across each strawberry.
Step 7- Allow the chocolate harden completely. Then, serve and enjoy!
Substitutions

Serving and Storing Instructions
Serve the berries cold or at room temperature. Only keep them at room temperature for 2 hours. Store them in an airtight container for one to two days. Keep in mind that quality and condensation may alter the berries’ quality, so I recommend consuming them within 24 hours after making them.
